Configurable List table not displaying in emails

    Hi,

    The "Configurable List" widget is not sending data back in notification/autoresponder emails. 

    It was sending a table of information, but when i edited the emails (a different field) it seems to have broken this field as it doesnt show anything in the emails. 

    I tried to re-add the fields {input51}, {input52}, {input53}, {input54}. {input55} to the email table, but they still arent showing up in the emails.

    Hello Brian, I cloned your form and was able to see the problem. However, when testing the Configurable List with a form of my own with default settings on both the widget and the Email Notifications, I'm seeing them populated on the emails as intended.

    Upon closer look, it appears this was caused by the empty labels of the widget. By adding a dummy label then disabling it (so it won't show on your form's front end), I was able to see the widget populate on the email notification.

    To fix this, just set a LABEL on each of your Configurable List widgets, then set it as DISABLED if you don't want them showing up on your form, like so:

    (do this to all of your Configurable List widgets)

    I would also recommend you update your Email Notification/Autoresponder as shown below:

    I have the same issue with my form however the fix above only worked on the email notification it did not apply to the PDF attachment that is sent with the email notification which is what is saved as an auditable record of training.   I've changed both my configurable lists (note one is hidden intentionally as we switched mid-way through the collection process to the configuable list).
