I am piloting a system using Jotforms forms and will certainly need to step up to a paid account at deployment.
However, I am concerned that the free version is meant to give 100 submussions per month. I have been using it for well over a month now and, although have not reached the limit of 100 submissions, the counter has not reset.
Am I missing something here but I would have thought the counter should reset every month.
Main concern is if this is not the case on the paid for versions?

Thanks for this question. I have seen you account has 39 out of 100, so you still have many forms to accounts as indicated by package details in this link, http://www.jotform.com/pricing/
I hope this information is helpful to you. Thanks for using Jotform!

Sorry but I don’t understand what you mean
Please clarify – what is “so you still have many forms to accounts”.

Account limit resets every first day of the month for all types of account. So next reset would be on May 1st, 2012.
- chris_hillsAnswered on April 23, 2012 at 04:28 PMThanks for the clarification,
Wondering why it didn’t reset on 1st of March or April?
Sorry – just important to understand the system before I lock it in as part of my site.

It should automatically reset itself back to zero. At the moment your current submission count is 39 and that is way below the 100 limit. Please let us know if the count doesn't reset on May 1st 2012 so that we can investigate.
We totally understand Chris. Feel free to contact us if you have questions.
