Submissions not going to emails listed

    We are trying to get submissions on the quotes to go to our emails and they currently are not.

    I have checked the email addresses that you're using in your form and I can see they are not in our bounce list, one of the reasons why emails do not get sent. 

    I have also submitted your form as a test and I can see the submission was successfully sent, here is a screenshot of the log:

    I would also suggest you to check the email history by following this guide: How-to-View-All-Your-Form-Email-History

    Also, please ask to your email provider to white-list our IP addresses, this will help to avoid emails being blocked because of any security filter: Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses

    If you want to have more control over the emails, you should set up SMTP in your account, here is the guide: How-to-Setup-SMTP-for-a-Form
