Can I link this excel report to update automatically to my excel online account / MS sharepoint account - so that it shows latest data of all in one place so that I can share it?

Hello, sorry but that's something not doable atm. The sole purpose of generating an Excel report is for you to have a downloadable copy (in .xlsx format) of your submissions.

I'm afraid you'd have to manually save your Excel File and associate it with your Microsoft account so you can access it anywhere via Office Online, Office 365 or OneDrive.
