Populate form with conditional fields from URL

Asked by tclifesafety on April 23, 2012 at 04:03 PM

Hi - I'm using your excellent guide to pre-populate a form using URL parameters. The problem I'm having is that I have a sub-form that is hidden by default, and only shows when a certain drop-down answer is selected. Even though I'm passing the required parameter in the URL to show the sub-form, it is not showing.

Is there another parameter I can send to make sure that sub-form is visible when the user clicks the specially-formed URL?

    Thank you.

    Thank you for contacting us.

Unfortunately, you can not show mentioned hidden fields using prepopulated value. However, it is possible to set the Contractor option as Selected through form builder in order to achieve your goal.

Please give it a try, and let us know if you need any further assistance.
