Várias pessoas entraram em contato e informaram que após preencherem o formulário no momento de enviarem recebem uma mendagem de erro.
Já verifiquei minha conta e está tudo ok.
Sabem me dizer qual o problema.

I have checked the form you shared us and I can see it shows the Thank You message just fine, here is a screenshot about my test:
Are you using the direct link to your form or it is embedded in any website?
If possible, please provide us a screenshot about the error message that you're getting on your end, this guide will help you to provide a screenshot: How-to-add-screenshots-images-to-questions-in-support-forum
I have also checked the settings in your form and I can see you're using the default Thank You page, if you have switched to a custom thank you page, please provide us the link you're using, we will be glad to further check your form.
