Hello,
I'm looking for a way to be notified via text when someone fills out one of my forms.
I saw that there was an app called "JotText" but I can't seem to find a workable link.
Please advise.

Hello Andy,
JotText was developed by a 3rd party developer and ceased its operations, for this reason why it's no longer available.
If your mobile phone service is able to handle emails, you can use their services. For example, if you are using Sprint PCS, create a new email message and configure it to send the email to the SMS address like this:
3335551111@messaging.sprintpcs.com
