There appears to be some issues with our account, I received a notification from Plimus saying our account was over quota and to upgrade. I have done this and have recieved order confirmation, but our forms still do not appear to be loading, an example is here: http://www.kaenon.com/customer-care/signup however when I look at the dashboard, it says we are not over quota.
I'd simply like our forms to be working as soon as possible and have the over quota issue resolved.

We apologise for the inconveniences caused by this issue. I have confirmed that you made your subscrption today and on our payment gateway your account reads "Annual Subscription
is Active, next payment date is 04/23/2013". I have upgraded your account back to Premium and activated your forms, you sholud be fine.
Logout of your account and relogin, you should be bale to see the increase in your quota.
