Can I character restrict the form fields?

Looking into using Jot form for our organization. Exploring options, need to be able to character restrict the form fields individually for our catalog designer.

Yes, you can indeed do that on JotForm, for Text Box and Email fields you can simply click on it and set the characters limit in the top toolbar:

If you want to use a Text Area then it can also be limited, for this field you can set up a minimum and maximum number of characters:
