I have tried to edit my form and the Save icon just rotates but never seems to save. I tried this on two different networks as I thought it was a slow network connection but that does not seem to be the problem. Help!

Seems like it was a temporary issue as I have checked the form in the Form Builder and I can see it is being saved fine, I can see the last change made to the form was 5 minutes ago as per the Form Revision History tool, the last change is mine as I have tested in your form:
I would suggest you to check if you're logged in while you're making changed on your form, if the issue happens again, please check your session and try to save the form again, this should work.
However, if after checking the session you're still unable to save the form, please do let us know and provide us a screenshot of the web console, it will help us to know if there is something that does not allow the form to be saved.
