When I signed up for an account I didn't realize there was a category for non-profits. We are a 501(C)(3) charitable foundation. Can our account be moved to a non-profit status? Do your maximums ever reset? We probably won't hit them for a few years but I thought I would ask.

Please follow these steps in order to apply for the discount.
1. Make sure you are logged into your Jotform account.
2. Then, fill out and send this form along with your organization info (site URLand PDF docs) which will prove to us you are a real nonprofit org.
Give us up to 24 hrs to process the request. Upon approval, you should get an email like this:
IMPORTANT: When you get the "Congratulations" email with the approval, before clicking in the "Upgrade" button, make sure you have opened a fresh session at Jotform site with your nonprofit account
