I send out a menu once a week. The first week, my clients received an acknowledgment of receipt after they placed their order. The second week, no acknowledgment of receipt were sent to them? I don't know why?
I am not sure if I understand your question correctly. Do you mean to setup a scheduled auto-responder for your JotForm? If so, the scheduled auto-responders are checked every hour on the scheduled date and will be sent. However, there is no option to send the same auto-responder every week. If you are referring to something different, please provide us with more information about how you are sending the acknowledgements and the form ID so that we can take a look and provide you with necessary assistance.
