is this legating binding based on UETA and Esign Act?
where can i find a version of the contract that confirms signature of both parties?

Hello Monique,
Unfortunately, I don't think we have complied with the mentioned state rules on our custom built e-signature widgets.
If that's one of your concern or required by your states, we suggest using any of the following widgets instead. These are 3rd party services that offer e-signatures and have complied with the above rules.
