how do i find the URL for my form?

    hi,

     

    i have a form that i created on site, but it's been awhile since i;ve used it.

     

    how do i find the URL for my form?

     

    i can't seem to find it.

    Hi,

     

    You can find your form url from "My Forms" panel by clicking "View Form" button.how do i find the URL for my form? Image 1 Screenshot 20
