We are sorry for the inconvenience this may caused you. I’ve cloned and tested your form. Unfortunately, I am not able to reproduce the same issue that you’re having.
Did you embed your form to your website? If it is yes, Could you please indicate the URL of your page? This will help us better analyze the problem. We will wait for your response.

Thank you for your response, I did not embed the for on a website. I will check with our internal IT tech perhaps there is a company wide (the company I work for) internet settings adjustment our corporate IT has pushed.

You can also check your browser console logs and look for the errors. Give it to your IT techs, it should help them during their troubleshooting. Config list widgets should work normally on IE browsers unless the widget resources are blocked in your browsers.
