No, they won't be deleted, as you have less than 10 forms, but if you hit this number or any other limit (submissions, form views, upload space, storage, etc. ) which is established for a free account the forms will be disabled.

We received a request that you were trying to cancel the subscription on PayPal, so we proceed to cancel. The account will get downgraded the 12th of October, so simply re-upgrade no later than noon on that day. Your forms won't be affected
