How to add a unique ID to submissions?

I am looking for a solution that would allow my employees and vendors to fill out a super simple online form (including on an iphone, etc) and then get a unique ID number.  

Obviously we would want the data tracked with email address, form fields, and the unique number.

Do you have a solution for this?

It is possible to add an Unique ID to your form, it can also be included in an Email Auto-Responder.
