This trasaction can not be prossed due to an invalid merchant configuration.
Details: Transact: TIMESTAMP=2012%2d04%2d24T00%3a47%3a28Z&CORRELATIONID=41ec587770945&ACK=Failure&VERSION=54%2e0&BUILD=2764190&L_ERRORCODE0=10501&L_SHORTMESSAGE0=Invalid%20Configuration&L_LONGMESSAGE0=This%20transaction%20cannot%20be%20processed%20due%20to%20an%20invalid%20merchant%20configuration%2e&L_SEVERITYCODE0=Error&AMT=1%2e00&CURRENCYCODE=USD
However when I created the form I tested the conecction and it was okay. If I go directly to the paypal account, I'm able to do the transaction without any problem.

You should probably redo the payment configuration as this look like it was not properly setup.
And you should probably provide a default donation value, and not blank only.

I deleted the form, got new info from Paypal, did a new form and I got the same result...
any other idea?

Did you enter the default donation value? as recommended by my colleague?

Is it an Invalid Credit Card number error? If so, you should check if the credit card is valid and correct. Or, maybe you have not accepted the PayPal Website Payments Pro agreement in your PayPal account. Please log in to your Paypal account then accept the billing agreement for merchant accounts. If you're having difficulties with this, kindly contact Paypal support for proper assistance. Thank you!

No, it's not an issue with Paypal. If I go to paypal site and create a button abd use that from my web site, it works just fine, however I like your forms a lot better and was hoping to make it work that way.
I assure you that the mstake is not in the card number or that there is a problem with paypal.

Base on paypal error codes, that problem occurs when the billing agreement is disabled or inactive. Or, when you have not agreed to the billing agreement.
Please make sure that you have enabled and agreed to the billing agreement option under PayPal account.
In either case you will want to contact PayPal and ensure that your account is set up to process Website Payments Pro transactions and that the billing agreement is accepted. You can also search PayPal’s forums for information specific to this error code.
