    Hello,

I am working with my third party vendor for our LMS. The CSS code you supplied me with is preventing some aspects of the LMS from functioning properly. Here is an email I received back from the support team at the LMS vendor:

    "Hi Kevin,

Thank you for contacting Litmos support.

After reviewing the code it appears there may be an issue with the jotfor code. The jotfor is throwing an error message in the file feedback2.js?3.3.REV. That error message is throwing an error on all of our pages when it's used, but it's only breaking the course builder. Please work with jotfor to correct the error message.

    Error message:
    feedback2.js?3.3.REV:2
Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'length' of undefined

If you have additional questions please let me know and I would be happy to assist."

They seem to think that the issue is coming from your code. Can you please assist with this?

    Best,

    Kevin

    Hi,

    Thanks for reporting.

The problem is most likely due to script conflicts. The page where you have embedded the feedback form conflicts with the existing scripts on the site since we could not reproduce the problem on our test environment even embedding the form on platforms like Wordpress.

I suggest you try to switch to the prototype version of the feedback script. To do that, simply remove the number 2 found on the URL of the feedback embed code.

    Example:

Just remove the number 2 after the word feedback and then re-embed it on your page. See if that makes a difference.

If not, please let us know the page where you have embedded your feedback form so we can inspect and further trouble the problem in our browser.

    Thank you!
