I created an event and the event submissions aren't showing up in my email when an attendee submits.Page URL:

All the .gov email addresses in the form have been added to our bounce list. This is the reason why you are no longer getting the form emails.
I've fixed this for you but we recommend checking the following guide and do our recommendations such as adding and whitelisting Jotform.
