I have just created a second form and embedded it on my website. I have tested it 4 times and have not received notification by email. I see that the submissions are logged in my Inbox on my account on Jotform website.
My first form is still performing by sending me notifications.
Have I missed something in the setting up of the second form?
I have looked through help and FAQs and tried different tabs but just can't figure it out.
What do I need to do please?

I have checked the email notification of your Form. And found you have not put Recipient email address. So please put valid email address in the "Recipient emails" fields of Form notification.
