I need to add symbols (see below) as a choice for a character on a paver engraving

On the Siesta Key Beach Paver Form 

There are three lines of text with limited number of characters

Under each line I would like my customer to have the option of replacing one of the alph characters with a symbol that will count as two characters. 

How do I set up the choices? see attachments

If those are emojis characters like ★❤ they can be copy-pasted into the field, but unfortunately, we do not have an option to count them and change the field validation base on entered characters.

In theory, it might be possible to implement your own validation system with modified form source code. I think that you will need to hire a programmer to implement such validation.
