Submission information not included in the notification

I have an order form on my website and have tried everything to get it to work, without success. I embedded it that did not work. The, I received a support response that in order to avoid script problems, I should Iframe it. That did not work eitherr. So then, I just tried a link that was provided by JotForm directly to the form. That also did not work. In each case, after filling out the form and submitting it (successfully), when I check the e-mail to which it was sent, the only thing that appears in the title "Order Form" but no information that was filled out on the form. I checked the height limit on the form in the Iframe specifications and it is over 2300 pixels, plenty for the entire form. Please assist!

I understand that you are receiving the notification for the form with only title and no information included from the filled form. Could you try adding a new notification to your JotForm so that the fields on the form should be included automatically in the notification? You may delete the old notification later.
