Email notifications of submissions

Hello, I created a sign up form and the email notifications are not coming through after someone submits the form.

I  can confirm that your email addresses are not in our bounce list anymore, I have also tested the form and I can see emails are being sent fine, here is a screenshot of the email sent upon my test: 

If the issue still persists, please ask your email provider to white-list our IP addresses, here is the link: https://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses
