How can I add custom date in email reply

I need to send a reply email that gives the user the (submission date + one week) and ((submission date + one week) + one year) and I'm having trouble figuring out how to do and it is a must have. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Figured it out. Just put hidden datetime in the form and then use conditional logic to add number of days to other hidden datetime and then pull those values in email editor.
