Why does submissions show as 0, when I know there is one? Thanks.

I have checked it and it is supposed to be zero (0). Its fixed now. If this happens again, please let us know. Thanks!

It is supposed to be 1, not 0. If I click on Submissions I can see the 1 submission. Why does it say 0?

The reason why it says "0" submission is because your submision contains 2 uploads.
A submision is taken as such, when you have an plain text email notification.
And the reason is because the platform differentiates between submissions (email text) , reports , SSL submissions and uploads (space) .
And according to your account type, it has an available space for your uploads of 100 MB
So in that case, there is a submission with 2 uploaded files. This way, it wont affect the submissions monthly limit your free account currently have (100 Submissions per month)
