I already have a jotformpro account, but received a message that we're limited to 100 submisions.

    Does it have something to do with the difficulties earlier this year when the jotform.com site was disabled?  Is there something I need to do?

    Hi there,

    There was a failed charge on your credit card that's why you are downgraded to free account. I have now re-enabled back your account but you have to resubscribe in order to continue using Premium.
