I could not find in your forms one of them integrated with PayPal; however, I would suggest you to enable the IPN option in your PayPal account, so you get notified each time you get a payment: How-to-Enable-IPN-for-Paypal
I would also suggest you to enable the Incomplete Payment Option since when there is an incomplete payment in your form emails do not send, but enabling this option you will receive them: How-to-Setup-Incomplete-Payment-Notification-E-Mail
Also, you should check your email address in our bounce list, if the email address is in our bounce list you will not receive emails: How-to-Remove-Your-Email-Address-from-Bounce-List
