Issues with delivery of jotforms - URGENT

    Urgent - I am having issues once again with delivery of my forms.  All of your domains and email addresses have been added to my whitelist.  If you take a look at my account you will see around eight that have not been delivered today.  I even tried myself to submit a test form and it did not come through either.  Please respond as quickly as possible.  Thanks

    I have checked the email addresses you're using in your forms and I can see one of them is in our bounce list, here is the email as well as the reason why it was in our bounce list: 

    rfincher@c**********n.com - Reason(s) : smtp; 554 rejected due to spam URL in content

    I have removed it from our bounce list and you should receive emails now, if there are other email address where you're not receiving emails, please check if it is not in our bounce list, here is a guide that will help you: How-to-Remove-Your-Email-Address-from-Bounce-List

    Also, if you still have problems with the emails, please try setting up SMTP in your account, it will help you to have more control over the emails: How-to-Setup-SMTP-for-a-Form
