How do I close a registration date, but still keep access to form?

How do I close a submission date, but still keep access to the form?

I have three training dates and would like to close the dates as they reach their maximum limit.  But, I want others to be able to continue to access the form to choose a different date and not have the form closed off completely.  

example:

Select Date:

Monday, November 7, 2016 <- once this has reached the limit, close this date off.  But allow users to continue to access the form to choose one of the dates below.

I would suggest you to use the Appointment Slots widget, this will help you to display the dates and will also help you to set a max number of times that the date can be selected, once the limit has been reached the form will be accessible and only those dates that reached the limit will be disabled.
