You guys fixed a problem I had when my submissions that were emailed to me were bouncing and never making it to my email. Thank you for that. However, when you fixed it, on my reply emails to the person doing the submission it now has Jot form branding. This is a problem because the customer may just think it is spam. Attached is a test submission that I did and the reply that I did. I don't want Jot branding on my forms or reply email. I just don't want to confuse my customers. Could you please help me remove the jot branding submission that comes to me and my corresponding email that goes to the customers

You can do it by opening the email wizard, once there you need to click on the edit button, either on the email notification or email auto-responder.
Once in the email edition wizard you will be able to update all the content the email has, you can remove the JotForm branding that the email has by default and you may also add custom logos or text if you want.
After making all the needed changes to the email content, please do note forget to click on the Save button.
