I have an error on my form "Formulario de Assinatura" when I fill up my form and click no my finish button "Assine Já" an error like that appears.

The DPRP error usually means that the 'Direct Payment Recurring Payments' option is not enabled on your PayPal Pro account. In such case, I can recommend you to contact PayPal Support. They will be able to help you to enable the 'DPRP' on your account.
