Sorry to hear this JotForm. It's really a disservice to users - especially new users. We selected you to as our first forms app primarily because of the unlimited usage - we are doing that to try to figure out new & better ways to communicate with our clients, transmit data, etc. We have been creating a bunch of different pay forms to test the best functionality for our products and services with different merchant providers. Unfortunately this has led to alot of duplication. We won't be able to continue doing this with the fees. And, the time we have invested is now a complete waste. Allowing a 14-day grace period is not enough. Seeing how we are neighbors in SF, it migh be useful to have an in-person meeting so you can fully understand before we switch providers.

Thank you for letting us to know your opinion about the upcoming changes for new free users.
Your free account would be grandfathered. This means that you can keep the number of forms you have currently created, but cannot create new ones. Also, if you archive a form, it will NOT be counted towards the number of forms per account.
At any rate, I've forwarded your comments about this change and about your request for an in-person meeting.
