Our tutors use Jotform to submit forms for each session that they tutor. It is set up so that each person gets a confirmation email back when they submit a form, so they can keep track of which sessions they logged.
In the last week it has:
1. Sent confirmation forms to people who did not submit a form.
2. Sent confirmation forms to people who did submit a form, but the confirmation has someone else's information in it.
The form was working before and nothing changed before this started happening.Page URL:

I cloned your form and did some tests there, but I can't seem to replicate the issue.
I then checked the autoresponder on your form https://form.jotform.com/62434218151953 and it looks like you have conditions setup for each recipient.
The issue may be related to the conditions. To resolve the issue that you are encountering with emails being sent to the wrong recipient, I would suggest to delete all of the conditions for the autoresponder email recipient. Make sure to resave the autoresponder afterwards.
I would like to inform you that since you are using Autoresponder, it is not necessary to add conditions to send the email to the specified recipients. You simply need to set the Recipient Email field to the "Tutor's Email", and the email will be sent to the selected email address on the Tutor Email.
If the issue still persists after deleting all the conditions, please let us know. Regards.
