How can I download the .wav file created when a customer records a message?

Thank you for contacting us.

I see you are using the Voice Recorder widget. You can view your submissions in your submissions page. 

In your submissions page, you should be able to see the link for the recorded voice message in .wav file format:

Now simply copy and paste that link in a new browser tab. You should be able to listen on the .wave file online. If you want to save it, simply right click and choose "Save as...":
