    FireFox form display problem!

Asked by Izjavi on April 24, 2012 at 05:16 AM

    Hi!

I am trying to solve this issue for quite some time now. I have noticed that my forms if I embed them in my website will not load fully in FireFox (only half of form is displayed). I know I can fix this issue by using Iframe but I was wondering if there is a way to fix this issue? In all other browsers forms works ok.

    Thank you!

    Best regards,

    Bostjan

    Hi,

We apologise for the inconveniences this issue has caused you. Please to be able to reproduce the problem, can you give us the forms URL that you are talking about.

Can you also verify if this also happens on another computer's firefox browser? Can you also check if you are using proxy servers on your firefox browser?  Can you also try doing a full refresh (Shift key + reload button)

Also, try clearing your cache on the browser? following these steps, please click Firefox on the top-left > Options > Options.Click the privacy tab (the one with the mask) and then click clear your recent history.

Then will also suggest you use other embedding methods like iWeb, http://www.jotform.com/help/12-Adding-Form-to-an-iWeb-Page

Lets know if this solutions worked out!

    Hi Bostjan

Could you please provide the URL of the page(s) within which the form is embedded? If you have already removed it from the page, please re-insert it. That way, we'll be able to see the display issue for ourselves, know which form you're referring to and examine the source of the page for a possible cause.

    Thanks.

    Hi!

I did use the iframe embed code and it works just fine. Although plain embed code is not working. Only half of the form is shown.
