I received a completed form from one of my customer, but the form does not all appear in my email. Only the last section of the form appears. Previous emails from other customers are ok, but not this one.
There was a minor problem and we solved it. You will be able to see all your submissions normally.
IF your problem continue please let us know.
In the View all submissions, there are no more Family names with the person's name.
Do you mean that there are some issues with the 'Nom de famille' field on the form? It seems to be filled and displayed for your recent entries.
If the issue still persists, please provide us with more details.
