Hello! I need to talk with someone at your company - I have not found the answer to my question anywhere.  Can I attached a document (PDF) to the Jotform for the person to read?

Yes, you can. You can use PDF Embedder widget:

It will allow you to embed PDF to your form and also you can enable it for your users to receive it with submission:

What you will need is your PDF to be uploaded somewhere.

If you need any further assistance please let us know.

    Thank you!

To have a URL of your PDF, your PDF needs to go online and that means that you will have to upload it somewhere, for example: Google Drive, DropBox, OneDrive etc. On any of those online drives you can upload your PDF and just copy the URL from there:

For example, that was on Google Drive, if you upload the file there just right click and Get shareable link.

That link you copy inside of PDF Embedder:

Hope it helps, if you have additional questions please let us know.

    Thank you!
