Does Jotform publish any figures on downtime each month? It's critical that downtime is minimised (not just for me, but for all users!), so it would be really handy if you can quote your performance in recent months.
Also - how do you monitor that your servers are down? Do you rely upon users noticing and informing you, or are there regular automated checks? If so, how frequently are these automated checks made?
If you can't share the information, that would be very worrying.....

Hi,
Thanks for your reply. This was a temporary issue with our EU server that affects only our EU users.
We have load balanced servers and our technical team constantly monitors them. They also do regular checks. They are also notified whenever there's a downtime so they're always ahead of the users and usually resolves issues like this in a minute. Whenever there's a huge downtime, we usually update our status page so users are aware of the problem. We also have very good uptime rate.

I keep asking questions but am getting no response is the fact that my PayPal is not working for my customers - they can't pay - related?
