16 submissions are appearing as blank that were received when Jotform was unavailable.
When the user tries to resume the form the information is gone.

I'm sorry that you experienced this issue, we had some difficulties with our submissions. I see my colleague opened a thread for you here and our developers are working on that issue already.
Please use that thread for your reference and we will inform you there as soon as we have any update.

I had the same issue. The submission was 09-28-2016 11:04:22. Half the data is missing. Is the issue fixed?

Yes, the issue was fixed. New form entries should be saved without any issues.
