Only portions of the form are being emailed

    I've had a couple of my clients let me know that forms are being emailed without all the information included. I checked the online submissions and the fields for Name / Email etc. seem to be completed but the email notification doesn't include this information - is there a simple fix for this?

    Probably your form is not set to Autohide empty fields and your customers are not filling out the form completely

    Whenever a client does not enter anything, it won't come up on the notification, if that option is set.

    If it is NOT set, then the notification will come up with those empty fields

    You will need to correct your {tags} in email notification to solve the problem.

    Please configure your notification to use the following tags.

    First Name {fullName7:first}
    Last Name {fullName7:last}
    Email {email8}
    Phone {phoneNumber9}

    You can also get these correct tags using "Form Fields" section in email notification.

    Alternatively, you can simply re-create the email notification, by default, it comes with the correct {tags}.
