Are these people submitting our forms without payment?

I'm wondering what type of feedback this is that I'm getting- it looks like these people are trying to sign up but it doesn't show that they paid like the others. I am sending a screenshot of an example. Normally it will say the amount paid- this one doesn't and it doesn't look like any payment went through in Stripe either.

In theory, there might be some issue related to conditional logic conflicts on form.

I would like to suggest leaving just one condition on form. 

The form will work in the same way, the Stripe field will be displayed once the 'Are you a member of San Eljio Lagoon Conservancy?' field is filled.

To answer your question, I think that mentioned submissions were somehow submitted with any payments.
