Changes to free account limitsAsked by georgeburgin on September 28, 2016 at 12:33 PM
Currently, my account has 11 forms and the new FREE plan allows for a maximum of 5.
To quote a recent email from you, "If you choose not to upgrade at this time, you can stay at your FREE plan and continue to use your existing forms."
I have 11 forms currently. I take this to mean that I may continue to use those existing forms? Correct?
Question: May I also edit one of those 11 forms on occasion in my current free plan?
Yes you're correct with your assumptions. You may keep those existing 11 forms but you can't create more. You're also free to edit those existing 11 forms.
Bottom line, you won't be able to create more since you're way beyond the 5 form limit. But since you've had these forms before the changes were implemented, you're eligible to keep them on your account.
