I only asked you a question and informed you that my account had been charged twice!
Why would you cancel my subscription?
Now do I have to re-create my forms again?
Why is this so difficult?

We apologise for what this issue has caused you. I have checked your account and confirmed that you are on Premium account. Please logout and relogin to your account and your quota should be able to refelct.
Even if your acount is downgraded (which isn't at this time) , Your forms and data will not be affected in any way when your account downgraded to a free one.
Please lets know if this worked out .
