I have a notice that says "almost out of form views... Upgrade..."  What does "form views" refer to? Is it when registrants view the form and sign up?

    Hi,

Form view is basically any type of loading the form. Each time a user loads your form it is counted as a view. You can find more detailed information about views on our form view limits page.

If you reach any of the limitations that the free plan has all your forms are disabled until the 1st of every month. To continue using them you can wait until then or you can upgrade your plan. A detalied information about upgrading can be found here.

Let us know if you need any further assistance on this.

So you don't go by "form submission"? I am the web person for some the sites I use JotForm for so I check and re-check the forms, try it, re-load the page if the form was updated, try the form, submit, check, re-check...

So just to view the page is counted against the subscription, right??

Also, what if people just want to view the other information (like reminders or deadlines) where the form is embedded but do not necessarily have to complete the form, is that counted as a "form view" also?

That is correct, every time someone loads a form it consumes server side resources.

Yes, it is counted as "From view"
