I have a notice that says "almost out of form views... Upgrade..."  What does "form views" refer to? Is it when registrants view the form and sign up?

So you don't go by "form submission"? I am the web person for some the sites I use JotForm for so I check and re-check the forms, try it, re-load the page if the form was updated, try the form, submit, check, re-check...

So just to view the page is counted against the subscription, right??

Also, what if people just want to view the other information (like reminders or deadlines) where the form is embedded but do not necessarily have to complete the form, is that counted as a "form view" also?

That is correct, every time someone loads a form it consumes server side resources.

Yes, it is counted as "From view"
