Where are previous years submission forms?

How can I retrieve submission forms from previous years? We have noticed submissions starting to disappear. Is there an archived place somewhere other then the archived place in submissions? The analytics form is up to date, but we would still like to view the submissions. We had paid for unlimited number of submissions.
