Square: Does it charge users as soon as the form is submitted?

When integrating square with a form, once the submit button is presses and you get the thank you page...is the order processed to square to charge right then or is it just submitted and charged later?

As far as I know the Square integration does not have the feature to charge users on a later data, you can find our available payment integrations that will allow you to do this on the next guide: How-to-Enable-Payment-Authorization

So Square should process the payment and it should be reflected in your account as soon as the form is submitted, if this is not the case, please check that your integration is not in Test Mode, if it is in this mode then it will not charge Credit Cards, please turn it off to process real payments:
