Does my payment submissions include testing?

Hi. I just started using Jot form and I'm building my first forms and there's a lot of trial and error and testing. I was surprised to see the message that my usage was almost used up. When I looked in my settings it said I've used 8 out of 10 payment submissions. But really, I'm just doing it myself with dummy credit card numbers to test and get set up. Is there a way to say that so my tests don't count against my usage before I even get started?

Yes. The form submissions used for testing also counted. Since we are already at the end of the month, the submissions counter will be reset on the first day of the following month. If your account is disabled due to the payment limits before the reset, please let us know. We will see what best we can do for you.

    Thank you!

Can I arrange for a temporary extension of the payments limit? I am testing at least 2, and maybe 4 forms just to be able to assess if we should use Jotform or WooCommerce. So there's my own tests while I set up Zapier integrations and then the team of 2-3 people who will all want to test each form to assess it's function and performance before giving me approval to upgrade to a paid account. Maybe we could remove the limit but only for a 2 week period or something like that? All my forms are in "test mode" with Stripe so not being used "for real" as you can confirm if needed.

I see that your account is now scheduled to be disabled by tomorrow. Unfortunately, it is not possible to lift the limit for payments since the limit of the payments by its count. For now, I have removed the downgrade on your account. If the account is disabled please let us know. We will be happy to assist.

Yikes! I didn't know it was going to be disabled! I just thought I wouldn't be able to test again for a few days.  Thank you for removing the downgrade - does that mean I won't be disabled after all? Does it mean I will still at least be able to design forms even if I can't test the payment submissions?

Your account may be disabled even after removing the downgrade based on the count of submissions/payments received in the month. As already informed, since it is the end of the month though the account is set to be disabled again, the counter will be reset on first day of the following month that will remove the downgrade on the account. You can still edit your forms and receive the submissions now.

    Hope this information helps!
