How do I recover a submission a deleted by mistake?

    I deleted a submission from Nunawading by mistake and I need it back. How can I recover it without making them fill out the form again?

    Unfortunately, you can't recover submissions when you delete them in your form submissions page.

    However, if you have received their submissions notification over email, you will be able to recover their data from the email. Or you can check them in your email history http://www.jotform.com/help/293-How-to-view-all-your-form-Email-History. Email history contains notifications and autoresponders sent by the system.

    I think adding a "recently deleted" folder should be a standard feature. I'm surprised and disappointed that there is no backup.
