Can you tell me why my account is suspended?

Hello Myrna, as my colleague Aury informed you through email, your account portinpara got suspended for collecting credit card details through ordinary form fields, which is against our terms of use:

My colleague already removed the offending fields and reactivated your account, so it should be working fine once again. If you need to collect payments through your forms, you can only do that through using one of our supported payment tools / payment gateways:

If you need to only receive an authorization for a payment, but charge a user later on, some of our payment gateways also support payment authorization:
